His workers are friendly, capable, and skilled, and stay on the job until it is finished as promised. He uses the finest materials, and if there is a special material or product you want, and if it can be found in southern California, Sonny will take you where it can be obtained most economically, and you can select it yourself.

I highly recommend Pro Tec. Sonny and his crew are very professional and easy to work with. Luis, his foreman, and his crew worked very hard and made sure my house was cleaned every night. He gave us daily updates and answered all of our questions (and even late night phone calls). His subcontractors are very skilled and did their best to keep our home clean during the project. I just wanted to let you know how satisfied my wife and I are with the wonderful covered patio and back-yard restoration your firm did for us. The patio looks as good, if not better, than it did forty years ago, when it was new and all of the design touches your crew added as the job went along turned it into a special place for us. As regards the yard, the lawn never looked as good as it does now. The removal of the three large trees with their massive root systems has given it a spacious and relaxing look that we truly enjoy. Also, the new sod lawn is a joy to see, as we sit relax on our new patio.
We especially appreciate the efficient and economical manner in which you and your crew solved the many little problems that naturally arise when working with an older home. The balcony you re-built is much superior to the one that it replaced, even when it was new.
